Was really surprised that they got so whooped. I know the Bills are playing well but damn.

Mahomes straps on the cape but NOBODY can do it alone. If he could he’d say “our defense is not good enough to beat really good well rounded teams”. Maybe Reid and Co. thought that by having the best offensive player in the league they could just out score everybody. ... well now Buff, Zona, and Balt have dangerous weapons too, but those teams kept the D a high priority.

If anything maybe Mahomes needs to try and be a little more disciplined and throw it away more and accept the gentle embrace of a damn sack occasionally. He’s gonna get hurt and then the chiefs will be fucked on BOTH sides of the ball.

Their D is trash and the O has always been inconsistent. The OL is still a work in progress (Erving joke here) and the lack of a run game feeds into Reid's sometimes deranged love of passing. I know Bienenemy calls the plays but Reid is the head coach he sets the tone.

Yep Bieniemy would be a head coach by now if not for Reid, but not sure he’s HC material.
What’s up with Spags? He’s probably got the wrong guys for what he’d like to do but shit. .. they’re a mess on D.
Once that offensive line gels and Mahomes can trust them not to bolt every play then the offense will be scary again

Their defensive roster is bad outside of Honey Badger and Chris Jones, and Jones was out last night. It puts a lot of pressure on a quarterback when he knows he has to score touchdowns on most possessions.
