Yeah, Loverboy should've quit while they were ahead.

The show is interesting, though. HG44 and I watched the first two weeks. Some of the acts can still bring it, but most should've hung it up a long time ago.

Most did hang it up, but they are trying to re live their prime and in some cases it shows. The Knack was pretty darn good though.

My introduction to Loverboy was a porno I downloaded off the internet made up of amateur clips of other movies off the internet, which someone had laced up with numerous Loverboy songs that fit the material way too well.

That and the Southpark referece from 1997, which was classic.

Other than that, I couldn't tell you a thing about them, that actually has to do with them.


Yeah, the Knack look like they'd be a fun party band. FWIW, I only saw a few minutes of what you're talking about, and all I saw was the Knack doing that song. Of anybody from the 80s, Jay Geils owns, because he's a lights out blues frontman, and he was smart enough to make his money and get out to do real shit. That's what it's about.
