Listening to ESPNRADIO 1590 in Greensboro . . .

today while I was on the way to the Canes/Sharks game tonight; Their signal seems to be decent (picked it up from south of High POint to Burlington basically). I was listening to the Triad Sportscenter Show with _________________ (they had Rich Brenner from FOX8 Sports as a guest host, which was cool :thumbup: . . ) . Only problem I had with the show though is it sounded like they were on a speaker phone the entire time (they were talking to some sports exec in the Triad during the 4-5pm hour) . . . What's up with that ? They will fill a nice sportstalk coverage going from Charlotte to Raleigh and back whenever you are going up there for a hockey/college hoops game . . . I wonder when PRIMETIME will be carried on this station (I will assume they have the lead in picking up the show) ? ? ?

It's being done in an office and the audio is bad (to worse) at times. They are building studios at the moment on English Road.
Sports anchors from all three stations have been on in the past week. They've interviewed for lengthy periods WFU coach Jim Grobe and the High Point U SID in the past week.

If Packman comes on the air here, they can count me out during drive home time.

What side of Greensboro is that on? It sounds like they are trying to do what WFNZ has, bringing in a guest host from the local TV stations. Now, hopefully they don't start a Whiner Line segment or start the Triad Mafia and they will be OK I think !!!!!!
