laptop issue

sometimes certain keys don't work, like d's or s's, and k's

I'll just be typing away and look back, and letters I know I hit are missing, then when I try to correct it, the keys don't work

it comes and goes

ideas?

could be you got the typing rate set too slow and you're over running the keyboard buffer.

I need to at least back up my digital pics, most of what I have of my daughter is on here. Not letting anyone service it until that's done.
