Over the past 6 weeks, he leads the league in rushing…averaging a little under 6 ypc. He’ll break 1,000 yards this weekend….after missing a few games and getting very few carries in a few more. Was just named a pro-bowl alternate.

Assuming health, he’ll be the next 2,000 yard back...given teams won’t be able to play 8 in the box with charles rogers and roy Williams as WRs. Teams have been playing 8 in the box over the past 6 weeks.

It's kinda amazing because when he came out, he was supposed to be roughly average, not breakaway, in running style. He came out and was averaging, what, 3/carry? Now he's doubled that.

Tom Rathman should get a lot of credit. at the begining of the season, he was bouncing everything outside like he did in college. rathman taught him how to be a patient rb.
