James Morrison/Ben Folds/John Mayer

My womern is an enormous John Mayer fan so I made my second trek to a John Mayer show last week(I'll go see any show if I'm not driving.) James Morrison opened and wasn't very good. I reckon he's better suited for the Evening Muse instead of a big assed ampitheatre.

Ben Folds was next and he whipped ass. He closed with a Postal Service cover('Such Great Heights') and his Dr. Dre cover(Bitches Ain't Shit.)

The show was very packed mostly with amazingly attractive women there to see John Mayer. He was alright I suppose. Even if he sucks, he's a hell of a guitar player. In fact, if he just played guitar and did nothing else, I probably wouldn't mind him.

hey man we were there too...yeah i was more impressed by his playing than anything. not much of a fan of his songs at all, but he does do a good show.

almost went to one of these. I loved BFF and John Mayer's awesome when he's not marketing to 16 year olds, which I don't think was ever his intent.
