Well now this is a situation I wish I was in! :)

trust me, gaining muscle weight is harder than losing fat weight.

Actually, it's true....it's taken me about a month to gain 4 pounds but the thing is....I can easily lose it :D

it took me 4 months eating 4000 good calories a day and 45 minute to 90 minutes everyday working out in some fashion to gain 20 lbs of lean muscle.

I only do about 2000 calories a day, if that much. Work is really stressing and lose about 800-1200 calories there b/c I don't eat lunch.

eat lunch. sheez. dont make me go over there and pop your head. :(

you should get lunch ready the night before, so you take it with in the morning. bring extra so you know you are covered in case you want more.

i suggest:

a fruit for starters. maybe two.

canned soup and a tupperware to nuke. new england clam chowder is good.

a sammich is good, but i prefer rice and some sort of left over meat from night before. roast beef, pork chop, grilled salmon, bbq chicken, whatever. bacon is good too. bacon and rice. yum. slice some tomatoes with that with a little fish sauce.

or cucumber and tomato salad in vinegarette dressing, prepared the night before, of course.

gummi bears, twizlers, gummi life savers, mars bars, etc.

chips would be good, but they are usually loaded with salt. you dont need that. then again, might help in the weight gain...

for dinner:

creamy soup, loaded salad, lots of rice and meat. if you are opting for no rice, add another meat in there. then, apple pie ala mode, hot tea.

midnight snack is another whole bowl of wax...you need to have some of those korean noodles. the kind in the red container. hot and spicy. eat that with the left over meat and veggies. if no meat left overs, scramble a couple of eggs and throw it in the soup. down that with some shake. in a blender, put some vanilla ice cream, crushed ice, whole milk, and throw in a banana in there for flavor. osterize that for a few and have it with a couple of oreo cookies.

take your vitamins and minerals to supplement any food groups you might not have included that day.

there. that should do it. happy eating.

i gained lots of weight just doing breakfast lunch and dinner and midnight snacks some years back and it was no sweat gaining those pounds. i recall it was almost a pleasure! could be because i was not 23 years old. so that might be it...it took me a year to get to a size 6 from a 14. it was hell. but i had to do it.
:p

oh shoot. did you say lean muscle? scratch that then. i was just talking gain weight. yay. :D
