isass.exe error after fresh install

I don't know why I get that after I install Windows XP. It's a brand new system I just pieced together and after I loaded XP, it boots with the status bar, then after that I get an error with "isass.exe" saying something about revision. I can't even go into safe mode. I restart and nothing...

Any ideas?

I don't sell much Sato, but if I do it's through Scan Source. The evil ones.

I've got a setup coming up I may pitch Sato, if there's money in it. Basically, if I take the risk of directing a customer AWAY from something they ask for, I need the reward of margin.

If someone asks me what printer to go with, I usually say Zebra because they're pretty bullet-proof.

Gimme the low down on why someone should use Sato over anyone else. I've never heard it - not that I doubt it exists, or doubt the quality - I've just bever heard it. Especially if i can buy direct, no minimums, drop ship, no stocking. HA!


Also - printers are a pain. They're big, media vendors give them away, and they're big. My focus is handheld wireless devices, surplus, refurb, and new.
