Foxhole (on the injuries)
On injuries: The following players are questionable: Brian Allen (groin), Brentson Buckner (hip), Shane Burton (groin), Nick Goings (concussion), Karl Hankton (hamstring), Mike Minter (back), Dan Morgan (concussion), and Muhsin Muhammad (concussion). DeShaun Foster is probable (thumb).
On linebacker Dan Morgan's concussion: They don't really have an exact (grade). They just look at symptoms after they exercise. That, basically, will tell you whether or not he should have contact in the first week after. Right now it is day-to-day on all of the concussions.
On safety Mike Minter's back injury: He just has a sore back. His back is strained.
On if defensive tackle Brentson Buckner re-injured his knee: Actually, it is his hip. It occurred in the game. I couldn't tell you exactly which play it was.
On the number of injured players: This is probably the most banged up we have been all season. It comes with the territory. We have different guys slotted in. Guys that are on our football team will have to step up.
On signing another player because of the number of injuries: We really don't have a whole lot of room because, at this point, it is not anybody that is going to be placed on injured reserve. When we lost Mark Fields early in the season, we replaced him with Mike Caldwell. You have nicks and bruises that happen during the course of the season but nothing right now that is season ending. It is just the way it works in the National Football League. Sometimes you are light in some spots. We just have to move forward.
On who he expects not to play: Again, I am not a doctor. It is just day-to-day. The doctors will make the major calls on that, not me.
