My understanding is that he isn't really a big speed rusher - do we move him over to the left side and let Peppers go to the right?
 
I doubt it. Peppers is still bigger than him.

We have four linebackers who can play, we need to stop using Peppers in coverage and let him rush every down.
 
Rucker wasn't much of a speed rusher, ironic since the label coming out of college was that he was only a speed guy.

Harvey doesn't have to be that guy, as long as he gets pressure. Any end that can get the first step, get leverage, and get upfield is a good end, and in this scheme a guy who isn't just running upfield as fast as possible can be successful.
