...that kerry collins came back to carolina. seriously. everyone in NY was ticked because he just passed for 4,000 yards -- but they understood his reasoning. (nearly) everyone in carolina thought it was a good deal because he got to go away and get his act together, then returned to "finish what he started." he was very resolute about it. he wanted to make good and didn't think that he could unless he took care of business with the panthers and delivered them to the super bowl.

Kerry's a good kid. I wasn't a Kerry hater, but agreed he needed to go. I'm glad he's got his stuff straight, but I don't think he's the right man for the job. We need a qb who can create O for himself, cause there sure as hell ain't anyone else on this team who can do it.
