I am cheating on the BeerBarians

I am playing in a Corporate league starting Sept 10th. Games every Tues and Thurs at PArk Road Park. Anybody else playing in this league?

Nope. But I did play church league this summer. I think the 'Barians won more games than we did, which tells you how bad we were this year.

That's cool, sly. I played some this summer as well in the church league. kept myself quiet.

I think the interlink is doing a fall schedule, but, like the spring they play on sundays. i don't think that will work during panther season.

i'm going to check into some leagues for next spring. We can try to put together something for then. Preferably games on the weeknights.

We won tonight. It was the first game the guys I am playing with have ever won. They are now 1 and 36. I went 1 for 4. They had me playing third and I didn't do so hot. They are moving me to first Thursday night. We beat a full team with only 9 guys.

It is D league so we might as well be.

I creamed some guy at third tonight. He got up yelling that I should have slid but I had shorts on. He didn't stand in front of third the rest of the night.

I did that once in church league. It's funny how people get indignant when they block the bag and then don't approve of you running over their ass.
