How's Hurney going to fix the defense?

We've got holes at all three levels. Short and Poe are good, but can we really look at Addison and company at DE and think we can get any pressure there? Davis is a loss, and Safety is a kneeling mess. We're looking at around 20 million in cap space to start with, and that's with three mediocre DEs and Rashaan Gaulden and Da'norris Scearcy as our starting safeties. That's also before we re-sign Williams, assuming we do.

Any predictions/thoughts on how Hurney patches things up before the draft? I need some football discussion please.

Poe wasn`t good. Last year`s worst free agent signing.
The quickest fix is to get better OL talent and keep the D off the field.

I can see this happening in the first round.

I'm not worried about the offense much, as long as Cam's healthy. The defense really has me concerned though.
