I've seen several references to Julius moving to point this year. Does anyone think this will work? I wonder how effective he will be.

Isn't Crawford still there? I figured he'd be the point. If Hodge can handle the pressure and double-teams, I guess he'll be OK. I presume State will push the ball when they can - Julius can probably get his own shot off the dribble. My concerns are that he dribbles too high, and would get his pocket picked.

No one in the conference could dribble any lower than Archie.

Hopefully Herb will keep that Assistant that he brought in (that saved his job). They run a solid offense now. I heard Grundy is coming back for just one more year...

I think you are the only State fan here Math. Going to be tough to get an answer.

Hehe. Grundy. Archie's the graduate assistant now.

Crawford is there, but he's quick and he can play some defense, but he's not really a great point guard. He'll be backup again.

OK, here it goes:

Fuck you, Bear.

And besides, if I wanted just State fans opinions, I would be on another board. Here I get a better evaluation, except from the mod.

Hodge at point - we gotta do something, I guess that's the best for now. I for one don't think it'll work all that well, two reasons: Hodge likes to shoot the rock. Hodge is good at shooting the rock, especially in clutch situations. But until a freshman comes in and can handle the point, thats all I can think of. There was some white boy who sat on the bench last season that's supposed to be really good, but don't know his position (or name). Our backcourt will be ugly. At least Carolina sucks and Duke lost a shitload of good players. :D :D :D

UNC will have a better PG than State this season, you can bet on that.
