Hey guys, I created an account in order to hopefully get some info from some insiders. I'm a Chiefs fan, but my two best friends are Carolina fans. They've never been to an NFL game, and I've convinced them to make the trip to Charlotte for a game. We'll be attending the Panthers Saints game in September.

What I was hoping to get from you guys, is any info to make the trip as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. Info like, reasonably priced and clean hotels close to the stadium(preferably within walking distance to avoid parking fees), best place for some Carolina BBQ while in town, sites to see around Charlotte while in town, best area in the stadium to sit, and any other info that y'all think would help.

Thanks guys! Side note, Good luck with Cam Newton. Hope he continues to get better and better. I wasn't sure about him, coming out of Auburn, but man was he fun to watch last year!

It's not barbeque, but Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is close to downtown and has great burgers and a pretty good beer list. Always packed.

I think that it was featured on 'Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives'.

I really wish I could offer some good suggestions about things to do in Charlotte, but I'm drawing a blank. :hair: Hope you have a good time, though.

How long will you be here?

Go to Sonny's, and suck on packets of sauce in a towncar while drinking sundrop+bourbon with John Lynch, Morgan Freeman, Harris Barton, Johnny Depp, and Calvin Johnson.
