Good draft site

That is the 3rd or 4th site I have seen showing us trade with either Cincy or Houston. I like Palmer better than Left... by the way, did Leftwich ever really heal at the end of the season?

No he's still questionable. Be interesting if that caused him to drop to #9.

I like the Value boards and player rankings and sleeper picks on that site. Lots of time to waste over there.

A lot will depend on how that leg looks come combine.

Boomersdraft site indicates that 2 workouts are scheduled in March at Marshall. I would speculate Leftwich will skip the Combine. I have not heard that reported, pure speculation based on the workouts scheduled at Marshall U.

what would be the chances of say trading down with NE just before denver and taking boller there? thought i had read the NE was very in lust with gross. what would be trade value of moving from 9 to 19th?

kelly washington at 15? what's the word on him?

I would love to see a trade up to get Leftwich if essentially all we have to give up of our picks is a 3rd. Keep our own 4th and trade away Miamis 4th? But to get Teyo Johnson, TE Stanford in the second? Assuming we still have Henning who hasn't called a pass to a TE in years whats the point? Stick with what we got and get another WR or O lineman

That would be a very good trade scenerio. I can't see New England giving up both picks to grab Jordan Gross when they could probably get a Kwame Harris at the 14th spot. I would rather have the miracle of Leftwich dropping to us at #9 so we don't have to trade up for him.....but my thinking would change if we were offered the 14th and 19th for our 9th. We would have lots of options with those 2 picks.

As for Kelly Washington, the highest I have seen him ranked is 3rd behind Rogers and Johnson. From what I have read, he is generally considered a late 1st round pick who is just as likely to bolt to the middle of the 1st round as he is to drop to the top of the 2nd round. Imo we will be able to draft a quality wide reciever with our 2nd round pick.....I really hope we have our quarterback situation addressed before our 2nd round pick, either before the draft in free agency, because we landed Leftwich or because we convinced New England to take that trade and picked up Boller.

Man how sweet would it be to trade down and get NE's 14 and maybe their second. They might bite on that. We still get a QB early and pick up an extra second (WR or OL) and not have to pay the extra 1st round cost
