yes, we actually did win. I think people got so caught up in writing their "I blame _________", where the blank is obviously the same entity they've blamed for everything wrong with the team for the last few years, whether it be Fox, Trgo, Pep, Jake, Jackie Miles, Osama bin Laden, Oliver Stone, etc., that they decided to pretend it was a loss to fucking whine. Yeah, it wasn't great, but it was a win. Anytime you win, you come out without injuries, you've got something good.

Jake, Colbert.

Lucas.

Wesley, on ST.

Hate to not give Davis one, with 2 more TDs.

Agreed on all of those and I think that is about it, Maybe Foster. Davis should get one, I don't think he ever really had any holes to run through. Foster did get one or two holes that helped his average.

And the TE's, they actually did something great when we did use them.

smitty for drawing triple coverage most of the game

davis, the rook - wicked hit

Panthers players I would have on my team if I was starting a franchise and could afford them:

Smitty
Lucas
Foster (give him the damn ball, in space, and at least try to be less predictable with him)
a couple of the OL guys on a good day
ditto for Peppers.
Kasay, if I had someone else to do kickoffs.

That's it. No one else is playing worth a crap. I guess the TE's finally showed up, OR Jake & Henning just discovered they are pass eligible. More of that might be nice.

holy cow....at last someone whp agrees with me. Foster IS NOT built to run between the tackles. It was driving me crazy watching that last night, seeing 26 go up the gut, only to get swallowed up in whatever potential hole might have been there.

His elusiveness appears to be second only to Smitty's. I'm no football guru, but that seems completely wasted on runs up the gut. He needs space to work his magic. Swing the ball outside to him, put him in motion and hit him on a quick slant (so he can keep his momentum), hell run the toss sweep against a slow react defense. But by all means, get him the ball in the flat any way you can. 15-20 times per game, please.

Jake.

Hit seven different recievers. Avoided forcing the ball into coverage for the most part and did a good job of recognizing blitzes and getting rid of the ball to the open guy.

Lucas. Big play all around on the pick.

Baker. Yeah, the punter. He switched fields a couple of times, had good hang time. I don't miss Todd.
