Offense : Chuba Hubbard and Cade Mays
Hubbard did what he does, but coming back from injury to grind out clock killing carries means even more to me than the long runs. He's a tough, tough son of a bitch. Mays gets one for hanging in there against the best nose tackle in football. Also, playing center against a defense that shows a bunch of exotic looks is no easy task.
Defense: Josey Jewell and A'Shawn Robinson
Both guys were involved in the biggest plays of the game, including the game winner in OT. For the first time all year, the "spine" of the defense was solid. Jewell also got robbed on one of the most physics defying tipped balls I've ever seen.
Special Teams: Johnny Hekker
7 punts for a 48 yard average, including 3 inside the 20. Flipping that field in a way that would make John Fox cream his pants.
