friend's kid plays football

up at a private school around here, he's pretty good too... next season this ex-nfl coach has grandkids going to his school and is helping coach the team... he told my friend about his son, that he has potential to be pro... kid is going into 10th grade and here he has Joe Gibbs telling his Dad he can play... and is going to get some real valuable life lessons from a legend... of course the kid... said don't the Redskins suck?

Anyway... thought it's pretty cool that Coach Gibbs is getting out there with the kids and still doing his thing.

I get offered to be an assistant coach every year... this year I actually have the time. It'd be a thrill to be on the sidelines with him.

where do you live? cause a year or so ago, my lil bro had a grandson of Joe Gibbs play on his baseball team and Gibbs came out and gave them a pep talk before the season.

No. But if he only shows up on the sidelines for one quarter of one game it will beat the hell out of how much time you have spent on the sidelines with a Joe Gibbs.

Sounds really cool and it is nice to see Joe spending any amount of time with kids.

I live in huntersville real close to joe gibberish racing... I see him at Starbucks and have talked to. him at some games... I think he's more about attending practice then anything... Joe has people in place to run JGR day-to-day
