sifting through 13 minutes of aversion it still pretty clear he's getting fed up with jake.

On if the Bears were more physical than the Panthers: No. The stats would say that as far as giving up eight sacks. But they were the better team yesterday. I think largely that was more decision making maybe than it was just the physicalness of it. Not to take anything away from them.

On what he means by decision making: The two interceptions. They basically resulted in 10 points.

On if quarterback Jake Delhomme's two interceptions were the result of poor decisions or a good pass rush: Probably a combination of both. It's a fast game. It happens fast. They were poor plays for the Panthers. We've just got to get better. It's no different than when we played Detroit. Those weren't two of his better decisions either. It happens. It's part of the game. They were critical in that game yesterday.

there were parts when they were asking about the other receivers not getting many balls when it seemed he denied everything as an issue except jake. he didn't mention jake, it just seemed like he said everything wasn't the problem but that.

Jake will often lock onto Smith, that's not something new. I'd like to say it's just that, but the other options at #2 receiver have done some dumb shit, and have a habit of not coming down with the ball as much as you'd want.

its a love hate relationship. its great when i love him, really great, but i think everyone (fans/coaches/players) has got to be getting tired of the hate side. next week i may not feel this way, but for now i agree with collin about a less exciting qb who's more consistent.

For NOW youve got to agree with Collin? Either ya do or you dont.

Love hate, sure. Hes inconsistent. Not only that, but he seems to have regressed. All this about Jake is a one read type of guy is bullshit. We know he isnt. He can make the damn reads, weve all see him do it very well before. Hes just NOT. He can look off the safeties, he just DOESNT. Hence Foxy's comment about it being a fast game. Jake is ignoring the fundamental parts that make a quarterback successful in this league. Hes flat the fuck out getting rattled, and I dont understand why he doesnt cool down and let the game come to him.

Those two pics came when there was moderate pressure, and his mechanics in that game were awful. Just awful. We know Jake can do better. He isnt though. And if he doesnt shape the fuck up, hell have to ship the fuck out.

I'd like to see us learn to control the LOS before we completely put this on Jake (but those were truly sorry throws Sunday). Don't know if it's realistic to think that we can though. He certainly needs to learn to throw it away. If he's a gambler, he's been a bad one lately, those throws are like drawing to an inside straight.

I'm at the point that I want to see us trot out the heavy backfield thing we did in the '03 NFCCG, get back to decent ypc and throw 14 passes.

I think if anyone is going to be mad at Jake, as he or she should we should also be Mad. That no one on the Panthers WR has catch as played as good as Smith has all season long. I bet if we had 2nd WR. Those try to get open and Catch the ball. Then I can beat 100% That would have not throw two interceptions .You have every right to be mad at Jake for throwing this two interceptions But you also have to realize that no one has so far have step up and become the 2nd WR.keary Colbert last year he was very good And this Year he is not The some guy I don't have any idea what has happen to him. Maybe he just need a new hair cut :satana: .And btw I am not saying that we should have kept Fooooooos. By letting him go we sign 2top FA in the off-season so that was a good move. But at some time if you let a Top WR go then you have to sign someone who can replace him. Can anyone in here can tell me who is the panthers 2nd WR on the team and the answer no one is the 2nd WR.It Smithy then we have out there WR that on Other team right now would be the 3rd or 4th WR on the raster but our team they are 2nd and 3rd WR .We better hope and pray. That Steve smith doesn’t miss any game if he does miss any game. You can forget about the playoff. Look at the pats team that won all this super bolw. They reason they won it is because they have alt of very good players they don't have one they don't have superstar and the rest are average players. They have very good players. That can show up and play if one of their players has to miss a game. That how it should be. That why we are 7-3 right now and not 10-0
