Jonathan D. Silver, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports former NFL OG Terry Long's death has been ruled a suicide. Toxicology tests and other evidence showed Long committed suicide by drinking antifreeze, but the Allegheny County medical examiner's office also found head trauma that contributed to Long's death. Dr. Bennet Omalu, a neuropathologist at the office, argued that Mr. Long's head injuries as a football player helped cause depression severe enough to make him commit suicide.
Geez What a fucked up way to go.
