Yes, well kind of. Yahoo has a fantasy college game where you have a certain amount of money to spend and you select a roster of 7 teams I believe. The more wins those teams get the better you do. I could create a league when it opens up and post the info here. There is no draft just pick the teams you like with a salary cap involved. Otherwise everyone would load up with Tarheels
As far as fantasy NBA I could do that also but we would need a draft time that suits all or have a computer generated draft off of each of our draft cards. Let me know

I like the system we had last year. I couldn't make it for the live draft last time, so it auto-picked from my list. I ended up with a lot of big men, but no biggie.
The season runs from nov to april of next year. We had folks sign up last year, then stop playing by like week 3. I think about half of us actually played the whole season. Kinda sucked cuz there were mega stars sitting on teams going nowhere and no way to trade them.
