Damn. Fucked 'em outta the playoffs.

I wasn't that impressed with Eli in college. At the very least, he didn't look all-world, like his pedigree would suggest. Peyton looked like a demi-god at Tennessee, and they had a much tougher schedule than Ole Miss. He's a rookie. Peyton looked just as bad his first few games. Of course, so did Ryan Leaf. And Joey Harrington actually played well his first start.
Eli Manning lost to Arkansas twice that I saw, and Arkansas wasn't that good. I watched two games, and while he got the job done, he didn't look any better than Matt Jones or Zack Clark. He was good, but not as good as the hype.Piper said:>>Peyton looked like a demi-god at Tennessee, and they had a much tougher schedule than Ole Miss.
C'mon hasbeens, you gotta bring it better than that. I don't really see how anyone can make that statement. SEC? LSU? Auburn, Alabama?
Eli carried a bad Ole Miss team to 11-2 without the luxury of anything closely resembling a Jamal Lewis, Peerless Price, or Al Wilson.
