Saw him on FOX NEWS CHARLOTTE tonight saying that he is going to launch a lawsuit over the new NBA arena once the paperwork is officially signed between the City of CLT & Bob Johnson . . . . Doesn't Don realize that the original referendum was non-binding? This means that despite what the voters said, the city wasn't bound to what the voters said. Don: 'Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh, this deal is worse than the original referendum' l. . . Well duh Don, you should've realized this back in June 2001 when you were one of the folks pushing the NO vote !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This guy is trying to milk every nanosecond of his 15 seconds of fame, isn't he !!!!!!!
