Dominated??

Is it just me or does it seem that every sports reporter on tv is acting like the Saints dominated us. We beat them in every category except unfortunately, turnovers. :banginghe

Not to mention we had 2 TDs called back, and one dropped in the endzone. If only one of those 3 stayed, we win. Missed opportunities is what beat us, and that's our fault for losing, not because we got dominated. We handed the game to em. Not taking anything away from them at all, they did what they needed to do to get the W...we didn't.

We shouldn't give them that option next time. Lose to the damn Saints at home in consecutive regular season games, they can say whatever they want.

Well, the Saints could pretty much move the ball down field almost at will and to some that would qualify as dominating. I never felt the game was as close as the final score implied it was either. Dominated is a strong word, but when they needed a score they got it, and we struggled for ours. We frequently play a conservative game on both sides of the ball and we elected not to deter from that game plan Sunday though Jake was struggling and doing so may have made the final score even worse. I may be reading more into player comments then was meant, but it seems there may be a bit of internal turmoil over "playing it safe"? Just my wonderings.

The first drive of the game we damn sure were dominated. 80 yards, a TD, and 10 minutes off the clock. That sucked ass.
