The polls are gonna move a bit this week... Oklahoma-FSU/Miami could be the game by default.

(2) MIAMI 22 West Virginia 20
(23) IOWA 30 (9) Michigan 27
(13) TEXAS 24 (16) Kansas State 20
UTAH 17 (19) Oregon 13
Ole Miss 20 (24) FLORIDA 17

I t is not how close you win them by, it is just the matter of fact of winning out.

1. Oklahoma (53) 5-0 1,560 1
2. Miami (4) 5-0 1,491 2
3. Ohio State (6) 5-0 1,435 3
4. Virginia Tech 5-0 1,385 4
5. Florida State 5-0 1,332 5
6. LSU 5-0 1,270 6
7. Nebraska 5-0 1,136 8
8. Arkansas 4-0 1,084 9

All these guys are still undefeated. However I don't see Miami, Nebraska or Arkansas staying that way all season. With Gore gone Miami is in a heap o trouble.

This is all predicated on the pre-season poll. They need to get rid of that.

I think Oklahoma and VT/FSU look the strongest. The FSU/Miami game will go a long way in shaping the big picture. Nebraska is over-rated imo, but that defense is playing great right now. I don't know if Arkansas is for real either, but they have beat some quality opponents.

so your saying there should be some teams with losses that should be ahead of these 8? The polls didn't start that way 4 of those teams weren't even in the top 10 at the begining og the season.
