The candidates to become Del Rio's defensive coordinator include Baltimore linebackers coach Mike Smith, Baltimore defensive line coach Rex Ryan, Baltimore secondary coach Donnie Henderson, and Carolina linebackers coach Sam Mills.

Lewis is after a few of those as well. I heard him on the radio today (Lewis) and he talked about Del Rio making his picks for his staff difficult.

On a side note, Lewis also was asked about his #1 pick. He said that when he first spoke to the owner, they talked about the value of trading the pick. He said 2 or 3 other times during the interview about finding the right value for the pick. He wants to trade down, I wonder if there will be any takers.
