Hello. I noticed that theres alot of "experts" on fantasy football here and was wondering if any of you would/could help a rookie make an important decision:

Which defense do you think will do better this week. 1-Pittsburg who plays the Colts on Mon. nite or 2-N. Orleans vs San Fran?

I'm going with the Saints this week but am having second thoughts. I think my judgement may be biased because I hate the 49'rs, and I just wish the Saints would break Garcias leg and shut them out.

Who would you choose?

Any answers would be appreciated:) .

Well, you can always check the waiver wire for a good match-up, and if your in Yahoo, you can sign a Def for this week stilll.

Otherwise, you still have 2 pretty good defenses. New Orleans has had bigger plays on Def and SF does take chances......but SF is a much better team than Indy, and will score. Owens will have a good day and Hearst/Barlow are hard to stop.

Pittsburgh and Indy game should be a lower scoring match-up, and I actually think Pitt can win this game with Defense & the Bus.

My pick is Pittsburgh.

edit: Win, not when

Thanx for the analysis buddy:) . I think your right, the Steelers are probally the logical pick for this week. If those 49's aren't good for anything else, they at least can score sometimes and this might be their week. I just want to make the right decision cause I'm actually doing good in my league. I'm in the lead but I only have like 400 and something points. I notice the over-all yahoo public average is in the 800's. I think I bring the competition down to my level.

I've gone to Yahoo and made the switch. Now I just have to wait till mon. to see what happens.

I forgot to see if the Falcons "d" was available, but I wouldn't pick them anyway. Theres just no way that Carolina's gonna lose THREE games in a row.
