with the exception of philly you're seeing the dead cap of the roster teardown part of the window, they saved a lot of cap space to max the roster for those super bowl years. Carolina meanwhile has rebuild so poorly we're having to shed players for cap space without any of the previous success. The team blew tons of cap to get those 5 win seasons.
