"The term I used as "funny" was thought in my mind as 'unusual'; considering most sports media types who are primarily males don't even seem to be able to ask relevant, detailed, in depth football questions using specific insider football terminology, such as was used in her question. If you noticed, I actually spent a great deal of time and specifically answered her question because it was a good one.

In addition, I don't think I've been asked those types of questions by a female before and actually find it to be refreshing. I don't apologize for what everyone thinks by seemingly interpreting everything so negatively these days, but I do apologize if I offended any female sports reporters, who I really hold in high regard. When you get married you learn how to apologize. If you're smart you learn asap how to avoid comments and behavior that force the type of pathetic insincere apology that Cam just tweeted. Unless of course you marry a saint or a prostitute. . . then "going caveman" usually proceeds sans apology. Cam just found out that he IS actually married.
