Having grown up a Cowboys fan, this is hard to say; I once thought Daniel Snyder was the craziest owner in football. Turns out it's been Jerry Jones all along.

Is there anyone, a serious contender for the job I mean, who would be foolish enough to want, let alone take the Dallas job with Jones as owner and GM? Clearly a brilliant businessman. Clearly a raving looney. He's destroying a great franchise. Thoughts?

Sadly, hes become the new Al Davis. No good coach is gonna put up with that shit. If he does fund a good young coach itll be like Gruden was in Oakland, short term success and the coach will be gone. Look no further than Jimmy Johnson. Jerrah couldnt stand someone else in the limelight.

Jerry would need to be more hands-off, sort of like during the Parcells years. If he can do that, then I think it's enviable job. They have talent and that's a shit division.

At some point Jerry Jones will realize that he's been doing a bad job and will step back to give more authority to people who have worked in the sport, much as Peter Angelos did with the Orioles although PA was never this bad. Hiring Monte Kiffin might have been the most "I'm Keith Hernandez" moment I've seen from an NFL owner. It didn't fit the personnel at all, and Kiffin's defenses had been shit in college lately. You could see this trainwreck coming.

He has two giant black cocks in his ass.

That buck-toothed owner of the Ravens, whatever his name is, dodged a big bullet when Jason Garrett turned him down.
