Creating Animated Gifs

I want to learn how to created animated gif files. I took the advice of Brain and downloaded Paintshop 7 which has a nice animation section. Can someone give me a quick and dirty lesson on how to create a animated gift.

Should be in the help files. I use Ulead Gif animator. Don't understand all of it but I ain't much on clicking that help file thing either.

Photoshop comes with a tutorial, step by step. It's cool.

Basically, layers become frames. Like anything else, take it apart and see how it works. Download a few and open them in your application.

When you right click and save as, save as a gif
