    Those of you who have watched the recent doings of the Redskins, Panthers, Browns, Broncos & others -- and STILL believe there is such a thing as a NFL salary cap -- please contact me. Due to losing the bidding war for an oil contract to Halliburton, I have a beautiful beach-front condo in Des Moines that I must get rid of on the cheap.:imagestor

    Yes. There is such a thing as a salary cap.

    Some teams simply make better, more creative use of it.

    If there wasn't the Pats would have kept Vinatieri and the Colts would have kept James and we would still be yelling Mooooose and Spoooooon at games.
