Martinez, Colon, Lowe? Not a bad top 3 of the rotation. I would take that over the Yankee's top 3 anyday. Only problem is the Yankees have 5 more where the top 3 come from. We'll see, but this sure does help the Sox chances if this deal goes through.

Expos are still trying to peddle Colon, possibly in a three-way with Florida with Marlin pitcher Brad Penney ending up with the Reds. ESPN says the deal is on hold because of questions about Penney's arm

I can't believe other teams arn't trying to get in the mix. Indians name comes to mind. Now that they have lost Thome you would think they would love to have a stud to anchor the pitching staff
