Norv tends to make the most sense, yes.

Reports are that he is going to Cleveland with Chud.

It would make more sense for Norv to go there, since that staff is brand new and will have a couple years. You lose Scott Turner definitely, and then there's a tug of war for guys on the Chargers staff whether Norv goes or not.

But, you never know. if Chud doesn't want to give up playcalling, does Norv go to be a non-playcalling OC?

either way, big loss. Not insurmountable, but big loss.

This was a shocker. I'm a bit worried our offense will have to start all over. New schemes/terminology.

It sucks, but I'm pretty sure this whole coaching staff will be gone in 2014 anyway. Don't know if Norv will come to a team with a semi-lame duck coach.

    I'm happy for Chud.

it won't be too hard to find another Coryell guy - if nothing else, you have Shula.

So does Scott Turner stay or does he go too?

probably goes. He was Chud's right hand man. Unless Norv came, and then that'd be a decision. WR coach job is open for both teams.

Agreed on both. Norv only comes here if he really likes Rivera and wants to bail him out, because they both know that he's up shit creek if he doesn't get another very good offensive coordinator.
