I feel like Fournette would have had 238 total yards and 3 touchdowns vs McCaffery's 237 and 2 TD's against Seattle.

Fournette is a better runner, but CMC is a FAR better receiver. No doubt that Fournette would have gotten more yards on the ground, but for all-purpose yards I like CMC.

Both are very good at different things. I'd take both in a heartbeat. My concern, however, is that both will likely have shorter careers...LF for his style of play...CM for his size.
