Chat Problem

I used to access chat all the time. We got some new turbo road runner installed and ever since I can not get in chat. Coincidence or do I need to adjust something? I followed the Internet Options directions... clicking on Advanced and making sure some things were enabled. Everything looks good, but still no chat access.
