I hope he makes it all the way back to where he was. I've always consisdered him a UNC even after he left because of all that crap that happened with his dad. I damn sure wish that the Sox had tried to make a a deal for him when it looked like the O's were leaning towards Hairston.

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., March 14 -- Baltimore Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts, who is recovering from left elbow surgery, may be close to playing in his first exhibition game of the spring.
Orioles Manager Sam Perlozzo said Roberts likely will play next week, either a day or two after Baltimore's scheduled day off on Monday.
"We kind of said that if things go well a good target day would be after the off day," Perlozzo said. "If things were to progress well this week we hope he'd be in shortly after that."
Roberts has been taking batting practice for about a week, but hasn't faced live pitching. Perlozzo still believes Roberts is on track to start on Opening Day.
