I got invited to a Bobcats game tomorrow night, well tonight the 19th. I haven't been to a game or even watched an NBA game in probably 7yrs, maybe more. Kinda didn't want to go, but it's free, so I figure "what the hell". I don't even know who they're playing. Anyway, is it going to be worth it? :huh:

I remember going to Hornets games when they flat out stunk and having a great time. Seeing any sporting event live always gives you a better perspective of the game you watch on TV all the time.

Liar... that Charlotte Cobras game sucked ass. If it weren't for the TBR people there I'd have been pissed that I paid for tickets.

That's just it though, I don't watch NBA anymore. I remember the Dell Curry days, and loved it...lol

well go watch now. Allen Iverson is playing and he is remarkable in person. he is so small , and quick and is worth going alone. hes 5'11 and about 175lbs. and can school the tall guys.

Ok cool...I know who alot of em are just from watching SportsCenter so much. I picture the athletism will be alot higher than the last time I've been, so It'll be cool to see that. I just hope the "Thug" mentality of alot of the players don't keep me from enjoying it too much. But it is a night away from the 3 kiddies... I'll miss em.

The team plays hard every night. But..........when you watch them, just remember........they are an expansion team. All the guys except Okafor, are on this team for a reason, they really can't play with the big boys. It's painful to watch at times, but I still enjoy going and will continue to. Once the team goes through a draft or two and can get more cap money, they should be a contender within three or four years. Expecially with Bob, and his deep pockets. At least the owners (I believe) want to put a winner on the floor someday. :applause:

And by the way, watching Carolina Cobras (went to one game) was just about as bad an experience as going to the dentist for a root canal. What a waste of money.

It was a pretty good game, they did really well. Only lost by 2. Almost got me back into wanting to watch on tv. I'm still contemplating on it.

It is pretty exciting basketball. The team just can't finish a game, especially with out a go to guy down the stretch. I know that I'll be going again. Just won't get too excited when they blow it at the end AGAIN.:scared2:
