Is it broken for sure? My friend had his pinky exactly like that once. It ended up being an extreme hyperextension that broke the skin but it came apart at the joint with no broken bone.

my hip has looked like that before but it was just dislocated and i know a guy who's ankle came completely out socket held in by skin and sitting around the bottom of his calf. but the pinky was pretty bad.
