Huge arm strength is often a bad thing, simply because guys get used to winging it downfield and therefore develop bad habits by trusting that "cannon" to make plays. From a fantasy football perspective, I'm all about Mallett simply because he has that "fuck it" Grossman attitude where he wants to take chances (whereas fans hate Clausen because he never wants to take risks), but I think Mallett loses you as many games as he wins, if not more.For pure NFL QB skills I'd go with Mallett. I know we aren't going to take him but I've liked what I've seen of him. He has his flaws without a doubt but he does have a cannon for an arm.
I would say a guy like yates or dalton, but it will probably be some guy we haven't even mentioned here
