Ideally yes QB sticks to QBing and GM sticks to GMing but it might not be a bad idea to let the QB feel he has some choice in the people that pick his teammates and pick the coaches he works with daily. That and the Texans seem to just be run weird they hired a costly search firm and ignored their suggestions to get Caserio, maybe that's watson* maybe that's the new england fetish they've had the last few years.

Watson is great, but the Texans just went 4-12 with him. It's not enough to have a great quarterback. It certainly helps, but it's not the cheat code that fans have been conditioned to believe it is.
