Arizonas new stadium

ESPN had a look at the Cardinals and their problems. One thing they showed was their new stadium drawings. The cool thing I saw was that the field is outside the dome/retracting roof and rolls in. I cant imagine how they will do that but I would love to see a whole football field moving into a building.

That is stupid. Their team can't attract people so hopefully their stadium will? What is the point of a stadium without a field or a field without a stadium?

I tend to agree that it will never happen. Their fan base is so small and unsupportive (and who can blame them? I'm 26 years old, and I'll be damned if I can remember the Cards EVER being good) that they won't accept the tax hike thats likely to have to happen to accomodate a project of this size. I know damn well that cheap-ass Bidwell won't spot any bling bling for it.

They're moving that team to LA in a couple years....
