Fox might be dumb

Jake SHOULD have been 8 or 9 of 12 if his receivers hadn't suddently forgotten how to catch the ball.

also, was the interference considered an incomplete?

Don't believe everything you read, especially Yahoo. "per John Fox" is BS, cause the other media would have been all over it.

Maybe CW does have "no shot". If that's the case I'd be very dissapointed in JF. I thought everybody had a shot everywhere if they play the best. If that's not the case, then the coach has a problem with his vision, and his credibility. Who knows what they are thinking. Fox yanked CW last year a day or two before the 1st game and it was the right descision. I think if all the QBs play like they have all preseason this next game, JF will have no choice but to look very hard at the situation.

Personally, IMO, the worst move Fox has made is hiring Henning in the first place.
Other than that, and the lack of production on Offense, JF has done an admirable job. And I'm relatively happy with Carolina's direction.

The interference is not even a pass atempt, it's a penalty

Fox ain't dumb. I'd rather him not shuffle QB's every other game.

We'll see what happens when the wins and losses actually count. Until then nothing the guy does now really matters.

JF keeps that first team O under his thumb. That's his strategy for the offense. After the first team comes out in preseason he then lets Henning and the subs have their chance to win the ballgame which they usually succeed at. That in my opinion is why it makes no difference to Fox what the subs do after the first team O comes out. The QB is not running JF offense and he don't give a shit what they do. I will go as far to say, if he did put Weinke on first team he would probably look like a clone of Peete. This is not Henning's O. He has proved himself with a number of teams in the past.

I heard the same type of information on ESPN and Dan Patrick show. Weinke is playing better than the other two, but is not going to start.

So you're saying that Weinkie throws a more catchable ball?

That drop by Hankton in the EZ was tipped
