Any reason to worry about this?

My retirement account online says my contribution is 0% although it's showing in my retirement account and in my automatic withdrawals on my check statement.

I called the company and they said they really had no idea why it's showing 0%, but they do see the contribution....

I'm losing a little money on this account and I'm paranoid....

Not sure if this is right but sometimes-I believe-the contributions are held and made Quarterly-lump sum. Just a guess.

I guess that might make sense for whatever reason, but it looks like the representative would have known why...
