Dolphins sign Adams, cut Labinjo

By Alex Marvez

DAVIE – The Dolphins signed linebacker Keith Adams on Monday and waived linebacker Mike Labinjo.

A six-year NFL veteran, Adams was cut Saturday by Carolina. Adams spent his past four NFL seasons with Philadelphia, starting all 16 games for the Eagles in 2005.

Labinjo was claimed off waivers from Indianapolis by the Dolphins just before the end of the 2005 season.

something tells me Ciurciu would not be claimed right now

:twocents: It is what it is. I have a feeling chemistry plays more of a role than just talent alone. (ala Hankton, Ciurciu)

Probably so. Also Minter. He's a good player, but they value him more than his talent would justify.

I was just thinking that they might see him starting sooner than next year. If I remember right WW started as a rookie.

I'm not saying he couldn't.

what I am saying, of course, is that there really isn't a way that he wouldn't have been thought of in that manner. In that regard it would have nothing at all to do with having Ciurciu here.
