A Year in

I just realized that I've had my camera for just over a year (bought it 9/23/06). A few stats (that blew me away).

I've taken 12,229 pictures

of those, I've gotten 1146 "keepers" (and many fewer that i would consider "good")

I've spent (this is what's scary) $3,561 (give or take a $100)

I'm loving every minute of it - i've got a LONG way to go, but I think I'm slowly getting better and really havent had any frustration.

Mostly, thanks to all here for the advice, criticism and encouragement.
