No real reason to post this, other then to question if he was the guy who got drunk a "sexy assaulted" that woman at that charity event. If so maybe Bourbon street ain't the place for him.

Saints | Bouman Trade Official - posted at KFFL (http://nfl.kffl.com)
14:22 PT: Updating previous reports, the New Orleans Saints have traded their 2003 sixth-round pick to the Minnesota Vikings for QB Todd Bouman, GM Mickey Loomis announced Thursday. "Acquiring Todd gives us an experienced reserve that we are confident can lead our offense when we would need him," said Loomis. "Todd has proven he can provide a spark off the bench or be a consistent starter if called upon."

I'd feel better with Bouman too. He's better than Hommer.

Oh SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! Its one thing to state your point its another to be a whiney bitch... damn go fuckin whine somewhere else... if Kordell leads the Bears to the Superbowl come back and brag but until then shut the hell up about this shit.

I'd have put Bouman on the level with Delhomme, but the Panthers brass would show NO interest in a guy with legal issues.

Is Bouman facing Rape charges for an incident of back of a 4 wheeler? We don't need that kind of trouble- I'll take Jake over him just for the PR troubles being avoided if nothing else. The Saints wanted to keep Jake and the Vikings let Todd go for a 6th rounder.
Here's a story on the RAPE incident.

Authorities seek DNA samples from Vikings' Bouman

Mille Lacs County authorities have requested DNA samples from Vikings quarterback Todd Bouman and others as part of an investigation into an alleged sexual assault at a charity event last month, said Bouman's attorney Joe Friedberg.

Friedberg told the Pioneer Press he would likely turn down the request. However, he said he would probably recommend that Bouman cooperate if tests done on samples from the alleged victim indicate she had been assaulted.

"But at this time we will just have to wait and see," Friedberg said.

Mille Lacs County investigators have said they would like to talk to Bouman about the alleged assault, but they haven't said whether he is a suspect.

Friedberg, who has said he assumes Bouman is a suspect, is not allowing him to be questioned about the matter.

The alleged assault occurred early Feb. 2 near Lake Mille Lacs. A 30-year-old woman told authorities that she was repeatedly raped and may have been given a date-rape drug.

The woman said she was socializing with Bouman and other Vikings, who were in the area for a weekend charity event called the Arctic Blast. About 20 current and former Vikings attended the annual event, a fund-raiser for a team children's fund.

Attorney Chris Madel, who is representing the team in the case, also said he has heard from investigators. They said they wanted to collect DNA from anyone who had contact with the alleged victim during the event.

The sheriff's department also is investigating allegations of a second assault at the same resort where the first incident allegedly occurred.

Mille Lacs County Sheriff Brent Lindgren said Thursday that he couldn't comment on the current investigation.
