I think Norv is doing a B or B- job so far. There's a lot that I like, but some really odd playcalls/situational management mixed in. It's very much like the Chud years. You take the good with the bad, I guess.

Better than Shula but room for improvement.

There's stuff that drives me insane, like making McCaffrey run 50 yards just to convert a 2nd and 1. But there's also some really good stuff. It's amazing what we're getting out of this broken offensive line.

It'd be nice to get the plays in and lined up is a reasonable fashion, at minimum.

On one of those delays, Jerome Boger's awful crew forgot to reset the play clock.

I feel like we are at the beginning step of a nice run on the Offence. Cam is seeing the payoff he gets when passing to More and Samual. I think there speed is a good combination with Funchess. I know hes not a superstar but he is not as prone to being injured do to being hit over the middle. He has had some cramping but mostly he is durable. He needs to work on focus still to clean up some drops but these guys should be good for Can this year.
