The defense took a big leap to extinguish the dumpster fire last year but that was with a coaching staff making the pro transition and covid killing the offseason. Really exciting to think what snow can do this year.

I think being concise is necessary in today's world, so I can boil the Panthers season down to four key points:
1) Darnold has to not suck.
2) The offensive line has to not suck.
3) The team needs an early return out of Horn.
4) Stay healthy. The roster has improved, but there's still a big drop-off between starters and backups.

yessir. Have to believe the O-line and D will be improved.
For me it really boils down to if Sam quickly evolves into a leader that the whole team will bleed for. Probably worse odds than a coin toss on that, but hope springs eternal damnit!!!
